The internet(s) gives and gives and gives. There are some great sci-fi/fantasy bloggers out there, fans who are devoting a lot of time and energy into supporting authors and their readers. Variety is the spice of life, as they say, and with the menagerie of unique and very different individuals out there contributing, it produces a whole that is better than its parts. Last week, Suvudu featured the First 50 Pages of The Darkling Child by Terry Brooks. Tom Hoeler posted a Letter from Adam Cesare. Matt Staggs featured a book trailer for Scott Sigler's new book, Alive! Eric Geller featured the newest Star Wars HoloNet Digest. And I interviewed Christopher Golden about this new book, Tin Men! In other areas of the professional internet(s), Tor.com announced the winners of the 2015 Locus Awards, Pyr Books posted Summer Releases, and Orbit Books unveiled the cover for Jim Butcher's next book, The Aeronaut's Windlass! Here are some of the blogging highlights I found outside of Suvudu week ending 6/27/15:

  • Cover: Skyborn by David Daglish, posted by A Dribble of Ink
  • Comment: R. Scott Bakker Update, posted by A Fantasy Reader
  • Cover: Twelve Kings by Bradley Beaulieu, posted by Fantasy Book Critic
  • Review: Knight's Shadow by Sebastien de Castell, read by Fantasy Literature
  • Giveaway: Tin Men by Christopher Golden, given by Pat's Fantasy Hotlist
  • Review: Witches with the Enemy by Barb Hendee, read by Sci-Fi Chick
  • Podcast: Naomi Novik, posted by SF Signal
  • News: Malazan Update, posted by Wertzone
I highly recommend all Suvudu readers to visit these fine examples of sci-fi / fantasy blog work! Get involved, post your thoughts, and enjoy what else is out there! And feel free to talk about it or anything else on our Forum here! Till next week...
